The People Coordinator is responsible for primarily supporting the North America Human Resources administrative functions and assisting globally as needed. This role will support a variety of tasks, such as data entry, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, basic reporting, and managing HRIS data. This role is also responsible for assisting with Office tasks.


Essential Responsibilities:

People and Culture Administrative Support:

  • Update and maintain employee HRIS information and files
  • Manage new hire background check process
  • Support employee onboarding and off boarding procedures
  • Respond to employee email and Slack inquiries
  • Prepare basic reports
  • Ad-hoc requests as defined by the Lead Team, People Operations


Office Administration:

  • Manage and coordinate aspects of office related tasks (I.e., key cards, meeting room booking, equipment support, restocking, mail etc.)
  • Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Perform other administrative duties and projects as needed


Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
  • Ability to organize and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (vlookup, pivot, sum)
  •  Ideally 1 year of experience in a professional work setting

Education

  • A certificate or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    preferred

The salary range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.

Location Eligibility: Open to candidates across the US (except California, Washington, Maryland, and New York).
