Meral Y.

Meral Y. has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. They have held multiple visiting research and teaching positions at various institutions including Imperial College London, Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research and Application Centre, Gebze Technical University, University of Leeds, MONOJO BIOTECH, and University of Cambridge. Their roles have ranged from visiting research fellow to principal investigator. Most recently, they have worked as a visiting researcher at Imperial College London, starting in 2023.

Meral Y. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Ankara University between 2000 and 2004. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biotechnology at Ankara University Biotechnology Institute from 2007 to 2011.
