Stan Bryant

Stan Bryant, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Operations, Product, and Technical Services at Saddleback Communications since July 2023, focusing on executive management of IT, Voice Core, and physical infrastructures. Previously, from March 2021 to July 2023, Stan was the Principal at Strategic Initiative Solutions, providing executive-level project management services to enhance client strategic initiatives. As the Chief Operating Officer at BDC Group Inc. from November 2019 to March 2021, Stan addressed operational challenges amidst rapid growth by aligning the PMO with business units and implementing formal PM processes. Stan's prior experience includes leadership roles at Valid, Lattice Communications Inc., and MorphoTrust™ USA, with a focus on establishing project management offices and managing public sector program delivery. Stan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and a Master's Degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
