Jasmina Hodzic

Jasmina Hodzic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the fields of engineering, operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Lead to Cash Transformation PMO at Salesforce since May 2020, Jasmina focuses on cross-functional growth programs that enhance financial outcomes. Prior experiences include key positions at Propeller as Director of M&A Integration and Senior Manager of Revenue Operations Strategic Services Group, where strategic problem-solving and growth maximization were central. Jasmina's expertise also encompasses process safety management, demonstrated during tenure as PSM Superintendent at CF Industries and Senior Process Safety Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Beginning in 2008, Jasmina cultivated engineering skills at The Dow Chemical Company, where project implementation and daily plant operations were primary responsibilities. Education was completed at the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
