Jenny Smith

Jenny Smith is a seasoned professional in the field of research and insights, currently serving as Vice President at Salesforce, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of User Research. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Usability Engineer at Oracle and Human Factors Research Associate at NASA Ames Research Center. Additionally, Jenny has held the title of Adventurer in Australia & New Zealand and worked as a Research Assistant at the UNLV Memory and Cognition Lab. Academically, Jenny is pursuing an MA in Experimental Psychology at San Jose State University and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
