Rachel Furno

Rachel Furno is a seasoned professional in customer success and territory management with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently, Rachel serves as the Manager of Customer Success at SambaSafety since October 2021, focusing on overseeing Channel Partners. Prior to this, Rachel held multiple positions at Travelers Haven from November 2015 to October 2021, including Associate Director of Territory Management and Sr Manager. Rachel's career began at Klein & Co. Temporary Housing Services, Inc., where Rachel worked as a Hotel Supervisor from February 2012 to October 2015. Rachel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Northwestern Michigan College, completing studies between 2005 and 2009.
