Shruti Chaturvedi has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Shruti began their career as a Trainee at PCS Technology Ltd. in 2008. Shruti then worked as a Management Trainee at Orient Craft Ltd. from March 2009 to May 2009.
Following that, they joined Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd. as a Management Trainee in June 2009 and held various responsibilities such as handling overall HR activities, recruitment, employee orientation, performance appraisal system implementation, and employee training and development.
In 2010, Shruti joined Hill & Associates (India) Private Limited as an Associate HR, where they must have acquired valuable HR skills until January 2013.
Since 2013, Shruti has been associated with Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd. In this company, they initially worked as a Manager HR from January 2013 to March 2016. Later, they were promoted to the position of Senior Manager - HR and served until March 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President - Human Resource, a role they began in April 2021.
Shruti Chaturvedi completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree at Patna University from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR) at ICFAI Business School from 2007 to 2009.

As part of our field-building effort, we co-founded the Community of Evaluators-South Asia (CoE-SA); are home to the South Asian Journal for Evaluation in Practice (SAJEP) – first-of-its-kind peer reviewed journal on evaluation from this region; and have trained more than 5,000 professionals on M&E and related areas.
