Dr. Mark Tornow currently serves as Chief Services Officer at Sanoptis, overseeing Marketing, People, ESG & Compliance, and IT & Cybersecurity since 2023. Previously, Dr. Tornow held the position of Head of Transformation at Bain & Company from 2016 to 2023, where responsibilities included advising private equity investors in Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on healthcare and sports, as well as managing strategy and global business transformation projects. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. from RWTH Aachen University and a double master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School. Additional educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Tornow also gained diverse industry experience through internships at notable companies such as EY, Deutsche Bank, BMW, Porsche Consulting, and BMW Group.
