Michael S. Blake, CFA, ASA, ABAR, BCA is a financial and quantitative strategist with Sapronov Government Affairs, Inc. Mr. Blake’s practice focuses on helping clients obtain and analyze data in order to make informed strategic decisions. Mr. Blake is a professional business and intellectual property appraiser, with international experience in venture capital, investment banking, and economic development. Mr. Blake applies that experience in helping clients assess the potential benefits and quantify and manage the risks associated with material transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures, investments, and licensing relationships.
