Erica Edwards-O'Neal

Erica is the Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Social Responsibility for the New York City Economic Development Corporation. In this role, she oversees the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce. She works collaboratively with the Human Resources Leaders to embed equity best practices and oversees the employee resources groups. Erica has provided training in and presented on cultural competence and diversity-related matters for the organization and across the country.
