Dr. Rajat Grover, PhD, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several high-level positions in the human resources field. Dr. Rajat is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SBI Mutual Fund since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Business HR at SMFG India Credit from October 2019 to August 2022 and as the President - Human Resources at YES BANK from July 2007 to October 2019. Before entering the banking sector, Dr. Grover gained valuable experience at Reliance Retail Ltd. as a Manager - HR and SAP HCM Functional Consultant + Project Manager from March 2006 to July 2007. Additionally, they also held leadership roles at IDBI Bank Ltd., including Zonal HR Manager (West) from April 2005 to March 2006 and Regional HR Manager from May 2004 to March 2005. Through their various positions, Dr. Grover has demonstrated a depth of knowledge and expertise in managing human resources departments, implementing HR systems, and overseeing HR operations at both national and regional levels.
Dr. Rajat Grover, PhD, has a diverse education history. In 2004, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International University. Dr. Rajat then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Indira Institute of Management in 2003. Simultaneously, they also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing & Human Resource from Indira School of Management Studies. Later, in 2020, Dr. Grover achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management from Chitkara University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Happiness Life Coach from Transformation Academy in 2020.
