Dwayne Nalty, SHRM-SCP, has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Dwayne is currently working as a People Operations Manager at Scout Motors Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, Dwayne served as a Human Resources Director at Levy Restaurants from April 2022 to March 2023, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2017 to April 2022. Before joining Levy Restaurants, they were a Human Resources Manager at Centerplate from August 2013 to June 2017.
Dwayne Nalty, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of Charleston from 2002 to 2006. In June 2020, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
