Carolina Lage has extensive experience in customer support and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support and Head of Customer Support Continuous Improvement at Sendcloud since July 2022. Prior to this, Carolina held several key positions at Pipedrive from June 2017 to July 2022, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Quality Assurance Manager for Customer Support. Carolina's career originated at Dell as a Field Marketing Analyst for Latin America, followed by a role as National Product Manager with AIESEC Portugal. Academically, Carolina holds a Post Graduation in Marketing from ISCTE Business School and completed a workshop in Front End Development at SheCodes, in addition to foundational education at IADE and Escola Artística António Arroio.
