Responsibilities:
- Execution staff responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance / calibration of the organization's GMP and Non GMP facilities, systems, and equipment.
- Receives work order requests for facilities maintenance from employees, tenants, customers, or other visitors.
- Ensures work is performed on time, and triages requests to prioritize the most critical repairs.
- Inspects and performs preventative maintenance or as-needed repairs on facilities or systems, which may include mechanical or electrical systems, HVAC or other environmental management systems, generators or power management systems, or fire or safety systems.
- Makes basic repairs and coordinates the work of specialists when more complex repairs are needed.
Expectations:
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Handles complex issues and problems.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma, Trade School certifications or equivalent; (i.e., Registered apprenticeship or registered trade license in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Pipefitter, Wastewater, Steam Engineering, Marine Engineering) and/or years of field experience in general industry will be considered.
- Experience: 6-12 years of industry experience.
