Shaun Stacey

Shaun Stacey is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in driving strategic HR initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Serco since January 2018, Shaun previously held multiple HR leadership roles within the company, including Human Resources Director for Citizen Services and Divisional Human Resources Director for UK Central Government. Additional experience includes serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Remap and as a Board Member at The Museum of Army Flying. Shaun’s career has also featured significant roles at NAAFI, where responsibilities encompassed global HR services and transformation initiatives, as well as consulting work with British Waterways to facilitate its transition to a charitable trust. Educational background includes a degree from Solent University obtained between 1991 and 1994.
