Marc Deiter currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Shelter Insurance Companies since January 2023. Previously, Marc held the position of Director at Say Insurance from January 2015 to January 2023, where responsibilities included directing the creation of a new auto-insurance brand and managing both external and internal resources for its launch. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Alternate Channels and Manager of Customer Applications and Web Design at Shelter Insurance Companies, where Marc oversaw website management and customer service initiatives. Additional roles at CSC Consulting and Ernst & Young involved project management and process design, while Marc began their career as a Purchasing Agent at True Manufacturing. Marc holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Finance from Missouri State University.

The Past to the Present We opened our doors in 1946, but in those days, we were MFA Mutual Insurance® and we only offered auto insurance. We also only operated in Missouri.
