Lauren J. B. serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Shift Technology since September 2021, leading the legal team for the insuretech scale-up with an international presence. Previously, Lauren held roles including Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance and Data Privacy at Netcracker Technology, Senior Business Officer and Legal Counsel at Pegasystems, and General Counsel for EMEA at Alexander Mann Solutions. Additional experience includes legal counsel positions at Adobe, Fujitsu Services, Vodafone, BT, Accenture, and The Walt Disney Company. Lauren holds a Post Graduate degree in Professional Legal Studies from the Inns of Court School of Law and a 2:1 (Hons) LLB in Law from the University of Leeds.
