Clotilde Patte

Clotilde Patte currently serves as the Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Shippeo, a role initiated in January 2020, focusing on structuring the legal function within the company, managing legal teams, and overseeing compliance. Clotilde's expertise includes intellectual property, IT contracts, data protection, and commercial law, with significant involvement in international expansion, contract negotiation, and management of litigation and intellectual property rights. Prior to Shippeo, Clotilde held various legal roles, including positions at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, and participated in academic tutoring for prospective Sciences Po Paris students. Clotilde is a graduate of Sciences Po with a Master in Economic Law and is also a recipient of the CAPA from the Ecole de formation des barreaux de la Cour d'appel de Paris.
