Your Adventure Ahead

• Support Business Development team in terms of campaign preparation. This includes being the main person in charge to handle the coordination with Marketing and Operations.
• Assist Business Development team in preparing proposals, reports, and analysis.
• Client management, this includes creating proposals to partners, suggesting the strategy to grow partners' performance & meet the target, and handling day-to-day communication with clients.

Essentials to Succeed

• Excellent skills in time management and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to drive a solution-oriented approach, keep calm under pressure, and solve problems timely and effective.
• Intermediate analytical skill: understanding of analytical tools through spreadsheets (e.g. Ms. Excel functions & pivot table).
• He/She must be a business-minded person, willing to expand his/her business development experience.
• Great teamwork. Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
