John Ihrke is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with a rich background in continuous improvement and operations consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at SICO since February 2023, John has previously held significant roles, including Operations Consultant at Enterprise Minnesota, focusing on enhancing the profitability of Minnesota manufacturers. John's extensive experience includes positions as Continuous Improvement Program Manager and Senior Quality Engineer at Lake Engineering, as well as a President at JTA Properties LLC, where leadership was instrumental in re-establishing client relationships. Throughout a diverse career, John has worked at renowned companies such as Fabcon Precast, TE Connectivity, and Honeywell, contributing to manufacturing process optimization, project management, and quality engineering. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Mini-MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
