Maxim Pochebut

Maxim Pochebut serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Sigma Software Group since June 2021 and as an Academic Board Member at SET University since July 2022. Additionally, Maxim has been a Senior Lecturer at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy since September 2016 and a Member of the Supervisory Board at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Dnipro Polytechnic Institute' since August 2022. Previously, Maxim held the position of Vice President at the IT Ukraine Association from December 2018 to December 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at EPAM Systems from February 2011 to June 2021, culminating as Director of Resource Development. Maxim began a career at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, where responsibilities included Vice Dean from August 2006 to October 2012. Academic credentials include a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016 and a Ph.D. in System Analysis and Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, completed in 2011.
