Margaret Fuller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in claims management and benefits coordination. Currently serving as AVP Claims at Signal Administration, Inc. since November 1999, Margaret oversees various claims operations. Previously, Margaret worked at Yale New Haven Hospital from March 1994 to November 1999 as a Benefits Coordinator, managing salary continuation programs and a self-insured workers' compensation program. Earlier in the career at The Hartford from January 1990 to March 1994, Margaret acted as a Hearing Representative and Outside Claims Representative, investigating claims on-site and representing employers at informal conferences. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Albertus Magnus College, earned between 1985 and 1989.

We are a Bermuda-domiciled, nonprofit mutual organization authorized by the Department of Labor as a Group Self-Insurer. In addition to in-house claims handling and best-in-class underwriting and loss control services, Signal provides its Members with expertise, tools, and resources to help improve their bottom line and protect the well-being of their employees. Our Membership consists of maritime employers throughout the United States, including, but not limited to, those in the stevedoring, ship repair, marine construction, and offshore industries.
