Prior experience includes positions such as Head of Reward Processes & Systems at Philips Lighting and Global Rewards Professional at Philips. Sarah's earlier roles involved significant responsibilities at adidas Group, including Senior Manager Rewards and HR Manager Compensation & Benefits for EMEA markets. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Modern Languages from Aston University.
