Tom Waters is currently the VP Facilities & Property Management at Sinclair Broadcast Group since December 1996. Prior to this, Tom worked as the Purchasing Manager at NaturaLawn of America from 1992 to 1996, and as a Buyer at PNC Bank (formerly Mercantile Bank & Trust) from 1989 to 1992. Tom holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Baltimore.
