Youngmin Kim is an experienced legal counsel with expertise in LNG and LPG projects, as well as antitrust and competition law. Currently at SK Gas since September 2017, Youngmin Kim has managed LNG to Power projects, drafted and negotiated long-term LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), and overseen operational contracts for LPG trading. Prior to this role, Youngmin Kim worked at LG Chem from August 2012 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing lithium-ion battery antitrust investigations and negotiating settlements. Earlier experience includes legal counsel positions at Samsung Corning Precision Materials focusing on price-fixing investigations and joint ventures, and an IP Analyst role at the Korea Institute of Patent Information. Youngmin Kim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Chicago.
