Previously, Kim served as the Knowledge Management Manager at American Family Insurance from November 2020 to December 2023, focusing on enhancing knowledge practices and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience includes the role of Knowledge and Content Leader at Advisor Group, where Kim developed a knowledge strategy for best practices, and a Consultant position at The Northridge Group, identifying knowledge management deployment strategies. Kim also held the position of Knowledge Manager at Freedom Financial Network, building a knowledge management process based on Knowledge Centered Service methodology. Earlier experience includes IT Operations Manager at Omni Hotels, responsible for tech support and maintenance, and Multi-Property Systems Manager at Marriott International, maintaining technology across multiple hotels.
