Emma Perret is an experienced professional in marketing, communication, and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Experience, Marketing and Communication at SnapDesk since September 2021. Emma has demonstrated leadership as a member of the Comité de Direction, focusing on brand platform creation and graphic charter redesign. Previously, Emma held multiple roles at SnapDesk, including CXO and Head of Space Management, where responsibilities included defining and implementing experiential strategies and managing customer relations. Prior roles include Welcome Manager Junior at Welcome at Work!, where event communication was key, and various positions in customer engagement and educational support. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Strategy from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master in Branding & Communication from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
