Joe Minutoli

Joe Minutoli is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as Head of Legal at SnapLogic since November 2024. As a Charter Member of TechGC since September 2021, Minutoli participates in a peer community for General Counsels, sharing best practices and support. Prior roles include Vice President, Commercial Legal and Deputy General Counsel at Fivetran, where Minutoli built a global commercial legal team, and Senior Director, Corporate Counsel at Okta, Inc., overseeing partner agreements and revenue contracts. Previous positions also include legal leadership roles at AppDirect, Pearson, and GlobalEnglish, contributing significantly to corporate legal strategies, team management, and partnership negotiations. Joe Minutoli holds a BBA in Management from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
