Isabelle Palardy, M.A., CRHA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and employee training. Currently serving as Directrice adjointe at SAQ since July 2022, Isabelle manages teams focused on employee experience, organizational development, change management, and talent acquisition. Previous roles include Senior Advisor in Organizational Development and Labor Relations at APER Santé et Services Sociaux, Principal Advisor in Continuing Education, Partnerships, and Business Development at ESG+, and General Director at both the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec and the Association des cadres des CPE (ACCPE). Isabelle's academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Information and Counseling from Université de Sherbrooke.
