Ronald L. Weber, Jr. is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Director of Health, Safety and Environment at Sodexo since November 2014. With extensive experience managing regional health and safety initiatives across New Jersey, New York, and Delaware, Ronald has a proven track record of identifying and mitigating hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting various business segments with OSHA inspections. Prior to Sodexo, Ronald held positions at The Wistar Institute as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist and at the University of Pennsylvania as a Lead Hazardous Materials Technician. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
