Mark Markham

Mark Markham, CPC, CEC, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure since November 2023. Previously, Markham was the Corporate Employee Development Manager at PF Holdings, where expertise in talent development focused on creating technical career advancement programs for a diverse workforce. At Baker Hughes, Markham held multiple leadership roles, including Technical Talent Programs Leader and ASPIRE Leadership Program Manager, overseeing global talent initiatives for 35,000 employees. Markham's career also includes significant contributions at BJ Services Company as a Training Media Designer/Technical Writer, developing innovative training materials, and roles in communications at Northside ISD and other organizations, underscoring a strong background in instructional design and employee training. Markham earned a BA in Communications, Journalism from The University of Texas-Pan American.
