Kazuhiro Kobayashi

Kazuhiro Kobayashi joined Sozo Ventures in April 2017.

His main role is to assist portfolio companies in creating business development opportunities in global markets.

After graduating from a computer science vocational school in Japan, Kazuhiro studied Electronics Engineering Technology at the Devry Institute of Technology in the United States. Dropped out of college to join NCR Japan. He helped use Retail Tech and Logistics Tech to facilitate digital use by Japanese companies.

While working at IT Frontier, a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and IBM Japan, Kazuhiro established the SAP R/3 Infrastructure Operations Outsourcing Services business in the IT Services Division. And He established IT services collaborations with leading companies in the United States, Germany, China, and Brazil, and have established services that provide IT outsourcing services to Japanese customers operating worldwide as a General Manager and Business Unit Manager.

Leaving after IT Frontier, Kazuhiro decides to become a global entrepreneur. He decide to bring the Japanese restaurant chain to the Chinese market and after a successful launch, due to the governmental regulation changes, He need to shut down the business in China and coming back to Japan.

Then Kazuhiro join the IT Consulting company to assist the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in administrative work related to the use of radio waves and as an account manager and project manager for manufacturing and retail companies.
