Maureen White

Maureen White is a Visiting Scholar at The School of Advance International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C. She was Senior Humanitarian Advisor to the Department of State’s Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan from 2009-2013. Previously, Mrs. White was the United States government representative to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) from 1997 until 2001. She served as national finance co-chair of the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign and, from 2001 to 2006, was finance chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
