Erin de la Mare

Erin de la Mare currently serves as General Counsel for Spark Networks, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Erin de la Mare was a Partner and Associate at JONES DAY® from October 2009 to April 2024, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance. Experience also includes an externship with the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit under the Honorable Deborah L. Cook in 2007 and a Graduate Fellowship at the University of Washington's Center for American Politics and Public Policy from 2002 to 2004. Erin de la Mare holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (2006-2009) and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington (2001-2004), alongside two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government, and East Asian Studies from the University of Utah (1995-1998).
