Special Minds
Christian Danchell has extensive experience in educational and developmental roles, primarily focusing on neurodiversity and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASF). Currently serving as a Kompetenceudvikler og faglig konsulent at Special Minds Kompetence since November 2022, Christian provides guidance and competence development while also engaging in organizational development and strategy. Previous positions include work as a Pædagogisk Projektmedarbejder at Spurvetoften, where Christian contributed to autism-related initiatives, and as an educator and project collaborator in Hedensted Kommune, specializing in teaching and advising young citizens with ASF. Christian's career also encompasses roles in various educational institutions where responsibilities included teaching, special education, and facilitating learning for students with special needs. Christian holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Pædagogisk sociologi from Aarhus University and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Socialformidler at VIA University College.
