Tony Wells began their work experience in 1999 at Harry Carr Ltd, where they served as a Mechanical Contracts Engineer until 2007. In 2007, they joined Spencer Group as a Project Manager and later became a Project Director in March 2017.

Tony Wells attended Humberside University in Grimsby from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tony successfully completed the course and obtained an ONC (Ordinary National Certificate) and an HND (Higher National Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering.
