Michelle Howland Zmugg

Michelle Howland Zmugg is currently a Charter Member at TechGC and serves as the General Counsel at SpotOn. Previously, Michelle worked as a Partner at Lewis Brisbois, Attorney at Brothers Smith LLP, and Senior Employment Counsel at Gordon & Rees. Michelle's legal experience includes defending employers in various employment-related claims and managing a diverse caseload in different practice areas. Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, English from UC Santa Barbara.
