About the Role:
Spreedly is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead its Revenue Operations team, supporting a dynamic business with a global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, multiple revenue streams, and significant customer growth.
In this role, you will oversee Spreedly’s sales and revenue forecasting processes while driving productivity and efficiency across the GTM organization. You will manage the processes, technologies, and operational functions for the Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are set within the GTM organization.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses exceptional financial planning skills and is a natural planner. They should be passionate about creating efficient processes, enjoy evaluating, implementing, and integrating systems, and feel comfortable leading a diverse team that occupies a central role in various critical business functions. This person will leverage their strengths to support teams and make a significant day-to-day impact on the business. A strategic and critical thinker, this person should be excited about leading a team focused on analyzing complex problems and data sets and proactively providing solutions to enhance GTM revenue teams' success.
This role is open to candidates who currently reside in the Greater Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area.
