Nilesh Gawande

Nilesh Gawande has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Innovation at Spring Computing Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since 2009, where responsibility includes overseeing technology research in Video Conferencing, AI/ML, IoT, Health Care, and Security. Prior roles at Spring Computing include Sr. Solutions Architect and Sr. Engineering Manager, managing multiple mobile application projects. Nilesh also held managerial positions at CoreObjects and Spring Computing, and began a career at Jopasana in various account management roles. Nilesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed secondary education at Vardhman Vidhlaya.
