Bjorn is a private investor with a background in banking, private equity and credit, maritime transportation and philanthropy. Bjorn started in banking in New York. Then, for some 20 years, Bjorn was a senior partner at Triton, an international investment firm, since the firm’s inception. Bjorn is on the board of Rederi AB Gotland, a shipping company based in Sweden. Bjorn is currently on committees of Human Rights Watch and Room to Read and has been a trustee of Young Nilsson Foundation since its inception. Bjorn has a degree in economics from Columbia University in New York.
