Chris Dunstan

Chris Dunstan serves as the Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for SPX FLOW, Inc. since April 2021, following a corporate reorganization where responsibilities included leading the legal team for the Americas. Prior to this, Chris held the position of General Counsel at Lucifer Lighting, overseeing all legal and compliance operations for a rapidly growing architectural lighting company. Chris's experience at Ericsson spanned over a decade, where responsibilities grew to include roles as Senior Litigation Counsel and Director of Patent Licensing, managing significant litigation budgets and leading patent commercialization efforts in North America and Korea. Early legal career experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Baker Botts. Chris holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
