Lucy Morgan

Lucy Morgan is a seasoned professional in the creative and user experience design fields, currently serving as Global Creative Manager at Squiz since April 2021. Prior roles include Creative and Consulting Lead for Australia and New Zealand, Senior UX Designer, and UX Designer at the same organization. Prior to Squiz, Lucy worked as a Service Designer at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and as a UX Practitioner at the Royal New Zealand Plunket Trust. Additional experience includes roles at the New Zealand Racing Board, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, The Health Foundation, and The Fostering Network, as well as earlier positions in library and information services. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Ancient World, both from UCL.
