Ricky also held leadership roles at Chevron, BP, Doosan Babcock, Wood Group, Honeywell Process Solutions, and Sword Group, where they gained experience in automation and instrumentation, project engineering management, engineering delivery, control and instrumentation, and consultancy.
Ricky's extensive background includes responsibilities such as defining delivery strategies and plans, ensuring quality and HSE performance, managing resources, and implementing procedures and best practices. Ricky has a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Overall, Ricky Saez has amassed a wealth of experience in project and programme management, risk assessment, engineering, and leadership roles throughout their career.
Ricky Saez earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian from 1997 to 2001. In 2011, they obtained the certification of TüV Functional Safety Engineer from TüV Rheinland AG. In 2012, they became a Chartered Engineer (CEng) from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
