David Flynn

David Flynn, PE is a civil engineer with a diverse background in site development and engineering project management. Currently employed at SSOE Group since July 2016, David specializes in value engineering for clients across the United States, Mexico, and Europe, particularly in conceptual and final site development for manufacturing, commercial, and industrial facilities. Prior experience includes serving as a project engineer at ms consultants, inc., focusing on land development and site design for various projects. David has also gained valuable experience as an engineering intern and inspector with the Ohio Department of Transportation and the West Virginia Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included project inspections and supervising construction crews. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, earned in 2013.
