Ashley Oliver Thomas

Ashley Oliver Thomas, Esq., CDR, currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Staffmark Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the DEI roadmap, developing Business Resource Groups, and enhancing engagement. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Trainer at Alteristic, Inc., and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Centre College, focusing on anti-racism and community building. Ashley has also worked as Assistant Director at Eastern Kentucky University, Student Conduct Officer and Title IX Investigator at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, compliance intern at the University of Kentucky, and has held various internships related to civil rights. Ashley holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas.
