Allison Whitty

Allison Whitty has extensive experience in program coordination and emergency response within public service and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Program Specialist 2 in the Emergency Response Coordinator role at the State of New Jersey's Disaster and Terrorism Branch since March 2019, Allison previously worked as a Program Specialist 1 in the Division of Family Development. Prior to that, Allison held the position of Inside Account Manager at SHI International Corp. and completed an internship at Good Grief, Inc., focusing on event planning, peer support facilitation, and community outreach. Earlier roles include serving as a Resident Assistant at Montclair State University and a Summer Camp Counselor at Mercer County Community College. Allison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Studies with a concentration in Family Services and a minor in Psychology from Montclair State University in 2017.
