Olivia Hardie

Olivia Hardie is an experienced professional in people and culture with a diverse background in human resources. Currently, Olivia serves as a Business Partner at Stats NZ since November 2021, having progressed through roles including Senior Advisor and People and Culture Advisor. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Advisor and HR Coordinator at Mitre 10 MEGA Takanini from January 2019 to November 2021, and as a Customer Service Representative at VTNZ from September 2017 to January 2019. Olivia began her career in hospitality as a Supervisor at Event Cinemas between March 2016 and September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Auckland.
