Benjamin Lane currently serves as a Principal Researcher at Systems & Technology Research since October 2020, following a notable career at Draper as a Group Leader specializing in Advanced Position, Navigation & Timing Instrumentation from 2007 to October 2020. Lane has extensive experience in developing GPS-independent guidance and navigation systems, having led the Advanced Navigation and Guidance Concepts group. Academic contributions include a Visiting Assistant Professor role at Mount Holyoke College, where Benjamin Lane taught Introductory Astronomy, as well as positions at MIT as a Senior Research Associate and a Postdoctoral Fellow.
