Dean Moulder

Dean qualified as a Lawyer after obtaining his Batchelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and thereafter held a Directorship at a Johannesburg based law firm mandated to multinational clients in the financial services sector. After 7 years in legal practice, he joined Stubben Edge Group Limited a Group Legal Advisor, and has the responsibility of, amongst others, the corporate governance, FCA regulatory and compliance, M&A transactional and legal framework of the Group. He has structured a team that that is versed across all aspects of the business and maintains a robust approach to compliance and the regulator. He also worked closely with the team who established the protected cell structure in Guernsey.
