Elmer Saguinsin

Elmer Saguinsin is an accomplished professional in learning and development, currently serving as the AVP, Learning and Development Manager at Sunwest Bank since February 2023. In this role, Elmer oversees the strategy and execution of learning programs, collaborating with the Chief Human Resources Officer and senior leadership to align learning strategies with business objectives. Previously, Elmer held various training positions, including Training Manager at SCE Federal Credit Union, where a customer-centered training approach was implemented, and Training Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., delivering comprehensive training programs. Early career experiences include roles at Accenture, Indymac Bank, and Washington Mutual Bank, focusing on designing and delivering training initiatives.
